Meet Sandra

Hi, I’m Sandra,

I’m a Motivational Mindset Coach, and I’m passionate about helping women build confidence, embrace adventure and get excited about life again.

Now in my 60s, I feel more certain than ever that it is never too late to change your life, try something new, or become more of who you really are.

If you have been feeling stuck, flat, disconnected, or as though life has become smaller than you hoped it would be, I want you to know something. You are not too old. It is not too late. And there is still so much more possible for you.

A Little Bit About Me

I’ve always had an adventurous spirit.

I love travelling, hiking, being outdoors and trying new experiences. I get so much joy from nature, from movement, from meeting inspiring people and from doing things that make me feel alive. That part of me has always been there, and it is a huge part of what shapes the way I live and the way I coach.

I believe life is meant to be experienced fully. Not just talked about. Not just planned. Lived.

The Moment Everything Changed

A few years ago, my life forced me to stop and look at everything differently.

I was made redundant from a stressful job and diagnosed with a tumour in my neck in the same week. It was one of those moments that shakes you, wakes you up and makes you realise that something has to change.

At the time, it was incredibly challenging. But looking back, I can see it was also the turning point I needed.

It pushed me to stop, reset, breathe and really ask myself what mattered most. It made me realise I did not want to keep living on autopilot. I wanted to feel purposeful. Alive. In charge of my life again.

That chapter changed me, and it led me here.

Why I Do This Work

I know there are so many women who feel there must be more to life.

More confidence. More freedom. More joy. More adventure. More connection. More belief in themselves.

I also know that many women reach a stage in life where they start questioning everything. Who am I now? What do I actually want? Have I missed my chance? Is it too late for me?

My answer is always the same. No, it is not too late.

In fact, I believe this stage of life can be the beginning of something powerful. My age is not something I hide. It is one of my greatest strengths. I bring life experience, resilience, perspective and proof that reinvention is possible.

I want women to look at me and feel hopeful. I want them to see that in your 60s and beyond, you can still grow, still change, still dream bigger, still take bold steps, and still create a life that excites you.

What I Believe

I believe that real change starts from within.

It starts by getting clear on what you want and why you want it. It starts by reconnecting with how you want your life to feel.

For me, this is not about perfection. It is not about chasing a perfect body, a perfect routine or a perfect life. It is about energy, confidence, vitality and self-belief.

When you make small, consistent changes to your habits, mindset and behaviour, those changes build. They create momentum. They change how you see yourself. And from there, everything starts to shift.

I truly believe that when you begin to align your mind, body and soul, life opens up in a whole new way.

My Approach

My coaching is shaped by my own life, my love of personal growth and my belief that women need encouragement, honesty and inspiration just as much as they need strategy.

I am also fascinated by creative visualisation and the law of attraction, and I have additional certifications in Holistic Aromatherapy and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage. I love learning, growing and adding to the tools I can share.

But more than anything, I bring who I am.

I bring warmth, real life experience, a positive mindset and a genuine belief in what is possible when a woman starts believing in herself again.

My Invitation to You

If you truly believed in yourself, who would you show up as?

That question sits at the heart of everything I do.

If you are ready to think differently, feel stronger and open yourself up to a more exciting chapter, I would love to welcome you in.

This is your reminder that life is not over. You are not behind. And the best part of your story does not have to be in the past.
